Hardware requirements
Dedicated GPU. Apple chipsets work fine too. On laptops you can download the native app which forces the usage of the dedicated GPU.
Aiming down sights, scoping enemies and surviving the horde demand a real keyboard and mouse. There is no touch control scheme — and there never will be.

The game completely freezes my laptop. So much so, I need to turn it off by pressing the power button for 5 seconds.
Ouch! So sorry for that, you used the native app? Or you used your browser? If you used the browser I would say it's more your computer that has an issue :(
This is the first time I see a game that hard locks my computer. I know there is quite an overhead with HTML5, but I can play Killing Floor 2. And this game doesn't even start. I suspect it is a GPU issue, but it should not be this way.
I totally agree. The technical reason is I enabled WebGPU which resolved most of the performance issues I had. When loading sometimes it's my entire chrome that is stuck and that's a shame. I'm thinking on enabling WebGPU only on macOS and Linux computers and keep Windows running WebGL to solve those kind of issues you have. I'll let you know via the devlog :)
And sorry again for that, I'm really concerned about it and I'll come back with a solution
Games got SERIOUS potential, alot of inspo from Left 4 Dead (obviously) and Killing Floor, two of the best zombie games to exist (in my opinion). It's got nice gun animations, models, just needs to be worked on for quite a bit, and then it'll be AWESOME!!1!
